• Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship across the United States with the following estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• During busy seasons, holidays, or carrier delays, shipping times may be slightly extended.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing times.

• No hidden charges or unexpected shipping fees at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
Cokiva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately before your order is shipped.

In some cases, items may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability or shipping logistics.

At the moment, Cokiva only ships within the United States.
